Relapse Prevention Therapy

Relapse prevention is a skill-based, cognitive-behavioral approach that enables patients to identify situations that often place the person at risk of relapse. Positive and negative thoughts are discussed then the patient, along with the therapist, work together, including the thinking process and address the high-risk situations. With more effective coping, the patient develops increased confidence to handle challenging situations without alcohol and drug use.

What Our Clients Say

Mr. Sanjay Tyagi

I was 19 years old when I started smoking weed with my friends and everything seemed to be very beautiful but in a year's time, I also started consuming almost half a bottle of alcohol every day along with the weed. By the time I was 22, my life had become hell and my relationship with my family had become very sour.
